5 Bedroom House in Acworth

This lovely property sits off of a gravel road on three acres. There are five bedrooms with six queen beds and one king. The house has three levels with the kitchen, dining room and living room on the middle level. The kitchen has granite counter tops with an island cooktop. All appliances are stainless steel. The upper and middle levels have hardwood flooring. The bottom level is covered in tile and carpet. The master bedroom is on the middle level and it has a private shower and Jacuzzi tub. The upper screened in porch is accessible from the master bath and the kitchen. On the bottom level there are two bedrooms, a movie room with theater seating, a bar and another screened in porch. The top level has the two remaining bedrooms.
There is a huge front yard for all sorts of activities and an oversized barbecue grill. There is a 750 sq ft gym/workout facility located on the property grounds. The property is located less than a mile from Lake Allatoona and Red Top Mountain. Lake point sports complex is about 10 min away. Harstfield Int airport is about 45 min away. Downtown Atlanta is about 20-25 min.
There are several cameras monitoring the outside areas, as well as an alarm system. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only.
No partying, large gathering or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

Summary: Great location, property and layout of home but was not very clean. Owner did offer to have someone come out and take a look at it but we were only there for one more night at that point. We he house was a bit worn but it worked for us!

Summary: My family needed a big place to stay. My oldest daughter was getting married near by. We are so happy with everything about this place. Great big house with useful space and plenty of room!! Beds we extremely comfortable. Kitchen fit all 15 of us. Great space. It’s 10 min from Redtop Mountain State pro. I hope we can find a reason to stay here again!!

Summary: We have been going on family Christmas Vacations for 24 years. The entire family loved the house and location. Plenty of hiking trails with history of the civil war, Red Top Mountain State Park, Stone Mountain and close to shopping for those who wanted to. The movie room was great for watching football and spooky movies at night. Thanks Kenny for letting us share your home.
